Sunshine on a Gloomy Day !!

Last time I was in IKEA a few weeks ago, I spotted an orchid in bud that was a change from the Phalaenopsis variety that are now readily available in most supermarkets, and had to buy it.  It's a long time since I've had one of the Cymbidium variety, but have been rewarded by this lovely specimen now in full bloom. Pure sunshine on a gloomy day !

I used to have an orchid just like this one. It got a fungus and I had to toss it.
